Abstract: 

Ophthalmomyiasis is pathology of eye due to presence of fly larva, which rarely occurs in the world, and most cases has been reported in developing countries. These days incidence of Ophthalmomyiasis has been decreased in Iran. Most cases of Ophthalmomyiasis caused by presence of fly Larvae Oestrus Ovis.In summer 2011, a fourty year old rural woman with a good hygine presented to Ophthalmology department of Rouhani Hospital. She had no background of any disease.After physical examination external Ophthalmomyiasis was diagnosed. all seven larva has been removed, Topical antibiotic and corticosteroid were prescribed for daily use. Two days later in follow up the eye was asymptomatic.

Abstract: 

سابقه و هدف: شکستگی استخوان درشت نی شایعترین شکستگی استخوان های بلند در بدن است که در درمان آن نظرات متفاوتی وجود دارد. یکی از روشهای درمانی، اکسترنال فیکساتور می باشد. این مطالعه به منظور بررسی نتایج درمانی استفاده از اکسترنال فیکساتور در بیماران با شکستگی باز استخوان درشت نی در بابل انجام شد.مواد و روشها: این مطالعه کارآمایی بالینی از نوع نیمه تجربی بر روی 106 بیمار مبتلا به شکستگی باز استخوان درشت نی درمان شده بوسیله اکسترنال فیکساتور در بیمارستانهای بابل طی سالهای 82-1370 انجام شد. پس از بستری بیماران، شستشوی زخم و دبریدمان انجام شد و سپس اکسترنال فیکساتور قرار داده شد. بیماران بطور منظم ویزیت شده و رادیوگرافی سریال جهت کنترل تا یکسال انجام شد. سپس نتایج آنها مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.یافته ها: در این مطالعه 90.5% شکستگی در اثر تصادف ایجاد شده بود. در 98.1% بیماران بطور متوسط پس از 4 ماه شکستگی جوش خورده بود. عفونت مسیر پین در 24% افراد دیده شد که در 2 مورد منجر به استئومیلیت گردید. لق شدن پین ها در 5.7% موارد، آسیب پرونئال دایمی در 4.7% و جوش نخوردن در 1.9% از یبماران مشاهده شد.نتیجه گیری: نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که اکسترنال فیکساتور وسیله ای قابل اطمینان در درمان شکستگی های باز استخوان درشت نی می باشد.

Abstract: 

Background: The control of external bleeding, despite progresses in surgical science, is still one of the challenges surgeons face in saving patients’ lives. There is a research contest among the researchers in this field to introduce a more effective method. This study attempted to determine the hemostatic effect of ferric sulfate in controlling external bleeding.Methods: In this clinical trial 40 male Wistar rats were used. A 2-centimeter incision was made on each mouse’s skin and the hemostasis time was measured using ferric sulfate with different concentrations (5.0%, 25%, and 50%) and the control method (i.e. control of bleeding by suturing). Finally, the obtained data were entered into SPSS software and were analyzed by using Kruskal-Wallis test, Mann-Whitney, Kolmogorov–Smirnov test and also Wilcoxon signed ranks test.Findings: The hemostasis time of ferric sulfate concentration groups was significantly less than that of the control group (p<0.001).Conclusion: Ferric sulfate may be an effective hemostatic agent in controlling an external bleeding in mouse.

Abstract: 

شناورهای اثر سطحی (SES) از جمله پیشرفته ترین طرحهای دریایی می باشند. این شناورها با استفاده از اثر سطح و با ایجاد لایه ای از هوای فشرده به راحتی بر روی سطح آب به حرکت در می آیند. به همین دلیل بکار گیری تجهیزات دفاعی زیر سطحی در رابطه با نابودی این شناورها بسیار مشکل و ناممکن می باشد. مینهای فشاری، مغناطیسی و حتی اژدرها کاربری چندانی در تهدید شناورهای اثر سطحی نداشته و به همین جهت از این دسته شناورها در زمینه مقاصد نظامی استفاده می گردد. در این مقاله ضمن بررسی ویژگیهای ساختاری شناورهای SES به تحلیل ویژگیهای این شناورها در مقابله با تهدیدات زیر سطحی پرداخته می شود.

Abstract: 

The current research was conducted with the aim of the effect of attachment style on emotion regulation with the mediating role of identity style. The research method was descriptive and structural equation analysis. The statistical population of the research was all second year high school students of Kashan city in the academic year of 1400-1401, of which 500 people were selected by random cluster method. Data were collected based on three questionnaires: Gross & Jan (2003) Emotional Regulation Inventory, Identity Style Scale (6G-ISI) and Collins and Reid (1990) Attachment Style Questionnaire. The data are obtained by structural equation modeling and using Laserl 8.8 and 26 spss software. analyzed. Based on the results, secure attachment style at a significance level of 0.01, avoidant attachment style at a significance level of 0.05, and ambivalent attachment style at a significance level of 0.01 directly predicted emotion regulation. Among the three attachments, secure attachment style predicted emotion regulation at a significant level of 0.01, with the mediation of identity styles. Informational identity style at a significance level of 0.01, confused identity style at a significance level of 0.05 directly predicted emotion regulation. Among the three attachments, only the secure attachment style at a significance level of 0.01 had a significant role in predicting the normative identity style. According to the results of this study, emotion regulation is one of the most important constructs of educational psychology and an important factor in determining mental health and successful performance. It is in education that the factors affecting emotion regulation and its antecedents should be identified. Planning for training and holding educational workshops in this field in schools is suggested for students.

Abstract: 

This article investigates the problem of simultaneous attitude and vibration control of a flexible spacecraft to perform high precision attitude maneuvers and reduce vibrations caused by the flexible panel excitations in the presence of external disturbances, system uncertainties, and actuator faults. Adaptive integral sliding mode control is used in conjunction with an attitude actuator fault iterative learning observer (based on sliding mode) to develop an active fault tolerant algorithm considering rigid-flexible body dynamic interactions. The discontinuous structure of fault-tolerant control led to discontinuous commands in the control signal, resulting in chattering. This issue was resolved by introducing an adaptive rule for the sliding surface. Furthermore, the utilization of the sign function in the iterative learning observer for estimating actuator faults has not only enhanced its robustness to external disturbances through a straightforward design, but has also led to a decrease in computing workload. The strain rate feedback control algorithm has been employed with the use of piezoelectric sensor/actuator patches to minimize residual vibrations caused by rigid-flexible body dynamic interactions and the effect of attitude actuator faults. Lyapunov's law ensures finite-time overall system stability even with fully coupled rigid-flexible nonlinear dynamics. Numerical simulations demonstrate the performance and advantages of the proposed system compared to other conventional approaches.

Abstract: 

Fiber external fibrillation is one of the refining effects in conventional refining which is accompanied with other effects such as internal fibrillation. Objective of the present study was to investigate the effect of fiber external fibrillation on paper properties. Softwood kraft pulp and poplar wood CMP pulp produced at Mazandaran Wood and Paper Industries was used. An ultra-fine friction grinder was used to generate the external fibrillation. Results showed that, increasing the fiber external fibrillation increased the density of paper sheets and lower refiner gaps decreased the light scattering coefficient. Increased fiber external fibrillation improved the tensile strength of the paper sheets by about 20% and internal bonding was increased from 33% to 46% compared with unrefined fibers.

Abstract: 

One of the requirements for the successful performance of organizations in today's competitive world is having innovation and creating competitive advantage. One of the new models for innovation is Open Innovation model (OI). The main objective of this study is to identify influential factors on implementing of open innovation. Therefore, the main factors affecting open innovation have been considered in two dimensions: internal (structural, financial and staff) and external factors (cooperation with competitors, relationship with customers, political/legal factors and relationship with university). An applied, descriptive correlational survey is carried out. The data were collected by using questionnaires which were distributed between 100 experts of the research centers of the Ministry of Science and Industry by random sampling. The data were analyzed by using Path Analysis and PLS software. The results show that all identified dimensions of internal and external factors influence on implementation of open innovation.

Abstract: 

مقدمه: از مهم ترین عوامل تاثیرگذار بر انجام یک ارزشیابی مناسب، وجود ابزاری اثربخش است که بتواند به درستی، اهداف مورد نظر را بسنجد. یک مطالعه ی مروری نشان داد که ابزارهای موجود، همه حوزه های آموزش بالینی را به طور جامع پوشش نمی دهند. این مطالعه به منظور بررسی روایی و پایایی نسخه ی فارسی پرسش نامه ی effect در جامعه ی دستیاران دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان انجام شد. این ابزار در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی رادبود در هلند طراحی و تایید شده است. روش ها: داده ها به صورت مجازی در بازه ی زمانی 1397-1398 جمع آوری شد. برای افزایش روایی صوری تیم 3 نفره از متخصصان مرتبط حضور داشتند. روایی محتوا نیز توسط 10 نفر از متخصصین در 3 حوزه ی سادگی، مرتبط بودن و واضح بودن انجام گرفت. در تعیین اعتبار سازه، 100 پرسش نامه توسط دستیاران 10 رشته ی مختلف تکمیل شد و تحلیل عاملی تاییدی انجام گرفت. پایایی گویه ها نیز توسط آلفای کرونباخ مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. یافته ها: روایی محتوایی در دو مرحله توسط تیم های 3 و 10 نفره از متخصصین مربوطه تایید گردید. مدل تحلیل عاملی تاییدی نشان می دهد که شاخص ها و سوالات مربوطه در سطح معنی داری قابل قبولی قرار دارند. مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری نشان می دهد که هیچ یک از سوالات از مدل حذف نمی شود. آلفای کرونباخ متغیرها برای کل ابزار، 85/0 محاسبه شد. نتیجه گیری: این پژوهش نشان داد که نسخه ی فارسی پرسش نامه ی effect روایی و پایایی قابل قبولی را ارایه می کند و برای ارزیابی کیفیت آموزش بالینی در مقطع دستیاری پزشکی در ایران قابل استفاده است.
